This cute little cel is from the Fusion movie where Goten and Trunks are fighting off Hitler's invasion. Yup... Here Goten yells at Hitler saying "Hey, you can't call dibs on a whole country!" 

Goten is one of my favorite characters. He's just a teeny tiny Goku and he's adorable :)

The scenes from this part of the movie are easy to identify by their very thick black borders. I think it's interesting that on the douga they went over the lines in what looks like sharpie to get those thick edges. The cel appears to have the outlines done in the same sort of marker as well.
