This cel was an interesting find. At first I thought it may be a fan cel because it doesn't quite match up to the shot in the anime (some lines and shading are slightly different). However, there was a douga with strange numbering (A2...doesn't make sense when viewing the show) and shading on the back...so it seemed unlikely to be fan-made. So I turned to sensei, the CCS expert :D It seems that this is likely a test cel for this important scene.
