I’m very excited to add this amazing waltz cel to my gallery! It’s one of only a few cels (during the close-up sequence) that fully shows both Sakura’s and Syaoran’s face. In the future, I’d like to get a shot that showcases their whole costumes, but as far as detailed close-ups go, I don’t think I could find a nicer shot :)

Sakura’s head is actually fully painted but because Syaoran is partly off the end of the cel, I framed it like this (you can see in the screen shot that Syaoran is pushed farther to the right). I prefer that they share equal screen space and if I were to ever frame this cel, this is how I would do it.

The waltz scene is a fan-favorite so naturally you can find many cels from it here on rubberslug. The sequence mates that I've found from this particular part of the waltz can be found below.
