This is from the sequence where Syaoran is helping Sakura change the final two cards. This is Sakura's reaction shot to Syaoran telling her that everything will be ok and that he's sure she'll be able to break Eriol's spell. After her moment of surprise in this shot, she breaks into a smile and nods in agreement :)
