This is a cel where Syaoran tosses up his seal to call forth lightning :) This was used twice in ep 26 when he and the gals were trapped in the maze. I like the dramatic feel of this and the built in motion blur on the seal is pretty cool. Funny note, I’ve seen other cels from this sequence and all are missing the little red marks where his pocket should be. The animators must have forgotten them and added correction layers to all the cels. So somewhere out there, there’re a whole lot of pockets XD
