Bulma visits Kami’s Lookout to see Vegeta and Trunks after their training and to drop off the new armor she modeled after Vegeta’s. She comments on how Trunks’ hair has grown a lot since she last saw him, but that Vegeta’s hasn’t grown at all. Vegeta scoffs at her and says it’s because “a pure Saiyan’s hair does not change from the day that he is born.” At this point, Bulma and Goku start discussing Goku’s hair and Vegeta grows impatient, asking Bulma what she was doing there. In this cel, she looks taken aback and then tells him to hold on and to stop being a jerk. 

Despite their dysfunctional relationship, I love Bulma and Vegeta. They are a perfect match in sassiness, temper, pride, etc. See here. XD I wanted to get a cel of Bulma holding Trunks, and although he is cut off, I still like the image. I was also drawn to the cel by the detail in her hair, which must have been a pain to animate. The cel has minimal line fading for a DBZ cel, though it is stuck to the BG (*shakes fist at Toei*)
